Policy Overview
Boost Credit 101’s credit review service includes verification that tradelines are successfully added to your credit report. The company performs reviews at two key points: before tradeline addition and after addition to confirm it appears on your credit history.
Soft Credit Report Inquiries
The service uses “soft” credit report pulls, meaning these inquiries won’t appear on your credit report. To facilitate verification, customers authorize the company to request soft copies through third-party vendors including CreditCheckTotal, Experian, Freecreditreport.com, IdentityIQ, and PrivacyGuard.
Customer Authorization
By proceeding with purchase, customers expressly authorize the company to obtain soft credit report copies and agree to provide necessary login credentials if requested.
Verification Requirements and Refunds
In the event we discover the tradeline has not been added to your credit report by at least 2 of the 3 major credit bureaus, we will promptly notify you of this fact and provide information so that you can request a full refund or a replacement tradeline.
This ensures accountability — if the tradeline doesn’t appear on at least two of the three major bureaus, customers can obtain either a refund or replacement service.
