1) Contest Entry Period: The Boost My Credit Score Contest begins 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on October 1st, 2013 and ends 11:59 a.m. MT on October 31st , 2013. The Contest Administrator’s computer will be deemed to be the official timekeeping device for this Contest.
2) Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry, are at least 18 years of age or older and not minors (as defined by state of primary residence). Employees of Silver Bullet Consulting LLC DBA Boost Credit 101(“Sponsor”), its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, agents, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and (“Contest Administrator”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3) How to Enter the Contest: During the Entry Period, you may access the Contest by visiting boostcredit101.pixy.pro (“Website”). On the Home Page, click “LIKE” on Facebook on the right hand side and add your email to our Newsletter List. NO FEE IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR THE CONTEST. Entries (defined below) are limited to one (1) Entry per person/email address (regardless of whether one person has more than one email address or more than one Facebook account.
4) Judging and Determination of Potential Winner: At the conclusion of the Entry Period, on or about October 31st 2013 all eligible and qualified Entries will be randomly entered into computer generated drawing which will select One (1) winner. Decisions of Contest Administrator/Sponsor are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.
6) Winner Notification: The potential Winner will be notified by email within 24 hours from date of Winner determination which will be on or about November 3rdth and will be required to sign and return via email/fax, an official contract for Silver Bullet Consulting LLC DBA Boost Credit 101. The contract will be sent via email and Winner will need to return the contract within two (2) days of notification via fax or email. Sponsor will make two attempts within a 48 -hour period to reach the Winner via email. Failure to reach any potential Winner via email within this timeframe may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be chosen, time permitting and in the sole discretion of Contest Administrator/Sponsor.
7) Contest Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV’s”): One Contest Grand Prize consisting of the following: a non-cash BRONZE PACKAGE prize (ARV: $999), to be awarded to the Winner at no cost within 30 days of November 3rd, 2013. The prizes may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. You may not request a substitute prize or cash for a non-cash prize; however the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8) General Rules: By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Administrator/Sponsor (collectively, “Judges”). Judges’ decisions are final on all matters relating to the Contest. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest materials, the Terms of Use on the Website and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the Official Rules will prevail, govern and control the Contest. The use of robotic or automatic devices for uploading multiple Entries is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to nullify all such Entries and to disqualify the responsible individual from Entry. All Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry/entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions or failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Contest, lost, late stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete and/or garbled Entries, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any human error which may occur in the Contest. Consequently, Sponsor and its agencies are not liable in the event your Entry is not captured due to the aforementioned reasons. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process or the operation of the Contest; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, including negative comments to any Entrant’s Entry. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest and determine the Winner from Entries received prior to cancellation, based only on the judging criteria. By participating in the Contest, the Entrant agrees that Sponsor, Contest Administrator, Tripat Kaur (Contest Administrator/Sponsor) their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, retailers, advertising and Contest agencies, and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by Entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof, if applicable or participation in the Contest or participation in any Contest or related activity. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Contest or use or redemption of prize. By entering the Contest, you acknowledge that you, not Sponsor, are responsible for the content of any material submitted in relation to the Contest. Sponsor does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Sponsor to edit or delete any material that you have submitted. None of the material that you submit will be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Sponsor and its third-party service providers and agents or their respective directors, officers and employees. Sponsor will have the right but not the obligation to monitor or review Entries or comments posted, uploaded or submitted by Entrants or the public and/or any areas of the sites where users transmit or post Entries or communicate with each other, including but not limited to, chat rooms, bulletin boards or other user forums. Sponsor is not in any way responsible for the content of the Entry or any comments provided by the public. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to enter and view and distribute user-generated and/or user-submitted content on the website, Sponsor is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any such content, including without limitation any liability arising under the laws relating to copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, defamation, privacy, obscenity or any other applicable law. However, Sponsor reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any Entry or comment on the Website or in connection with the Contest that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Official Rules or the Website’s Terms of Use or to take such action for any other reason it deems appropriate.
